Tiangong2 and it’s rarely known space mission
The Tiangong 2 was carried into space on Thursday night atop a Long March 7 rocket from the Jiuquan Satellite Launch Center on the edge of the Gobi Desert in northern China.
The successful launch of Tiangong2 is not an end, but a new start. Next, Tiangong2 will dock with Shenzhou11 in the orbit of 393 kilometers, while the height is 343 kilometers before.
The Tiangong2 is the first true space laboratory in China, which builds the technical reserves for the future space station for China.
The Tiangong2 module will be used for "testing systems and processes for mid-term space stays and refueling" and will house experiments in medicine and various space-related technologies.
Can we see the experiments such as the plant culture? "There will be." Director Chen Xianfeng gave a positive answer. By then, the astronauts will demonstrate the process and results of the space experiment through the handheld cameras.
