For better cooling effect, the heatsink usually integrates with two cooling fans as a cooling system. You can choose the heatsink with fans or without fans accordingly. Keylink's heatsink is widely used for the rf amplifier module such as: KB0525M50A, KB0810M53A, KB0842M47A, KB1020M53A, KB2060M43,KB2060M46A, KB60100M43A, KB80120M43D and KB80120M46A.
