KeyLink's 1.1-1.3GHz, 1.5-1.7GHz 200W High Power Amplifiers

KeyLink this week launched two new high-power narrowband amplifier modules, the KN1200M53A and KN1600M53B, designed to deliver exceptional performance and reliability for demanding RF applications.

KN1200M53A: from 1100 to 1300MHz

KN1600M53B: from 1500 to 1700 MHz

Both modules deliver 200W typical output power and excellent gain flatness of ±1.5dB. These amplifiers are manufactured using advanced gallium nitride (GaN) and chip-wire technologies, achieving best-in-class power density, thermal performance, and efficiency, significantly exceeding traditional LDMOS solutions.
