These wideband RF power amplifiers are fully matched internally for 50 Ohm input and output which eliminate the need for any additional sensitive external RF tuning components. Wideband amplifiers from KeyLink Microwave are housed in sealed modules with an operating temperature range of -20°C to +60°C and a non-operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
